About

Dr. Rachael Snow is an American Board of Surgery Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon practicing at EIRMC.  Dr. Snow graduated from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN with a degree in International and Global Studies with a concentration in the Francophone world.  She spent a year as a volunteer teacher in East Africa.  She then attended medical school at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL.  She continued on to her integrated vascular surgery residency at Penn State University in Hershey, PA.

Dr. Snow liked the idea of being able to help people and decided to pursue medicine. She chose vascular surgery because she enjoyed the technically demanding aspects of the surgeries, coupled with the long-term relationships she is able to build with her patients.

Patients have better outcomes when they feel they can trust their providers and when they know their providers listen deeply. Dr. Snow strives to do this to give her patients the best care possible.

Dr. Snow enjoys cooking, painting and spending time with her family.  She is looking forward to finally learning to ski and snowboard.
